Fipple Recorder Ensemble

A group of adults from Hastings who love playing recorders. Some have been playing since childhood while others have come back to this beautiful instrument after a break of many years.

Since October 2014 we have built a repertoire ranging from early music to arrangements of well known pieces. Other compositions have been written by modern day composers, especially for the recorder. Our repertoire uses recorders in harmony; sopranino, descant (soprano), treble (alto), tenor & bass.
