SUMMARY:'Quattro' Sax Quartet in the Bexhill Beach Garden
DESCRIPTION:The Bexhill Beach Garden will be having its second anniversary on the 7th June. The garden was designed to enable the physically vulnerable and family members of our community to access the beach\, and enjoy being close to the sea. It is an asset to the town\, and is a very special community space. The garden demonstrates the wonderful flora and fauna found along our coastline\, and how it contributes to the biodiversity of our planet. It also helps to reduce coastal erosion\, and contributes to the wellbeing of everyone who uses the garden. ‘Quattro’\, are a saxophone quartet who are delighted to offer an afternoon of music starting at 2pm. Refreshments available !! Let’s hope it’s a beautiful\, sunny day\, when the garden will be the ideal space to enjoy an afternoon of musical entertainment. \nWe look forward to welcoming you.

DESCRIPTION:The Bexhill Classical Guitar Society is back this year and kicking off the festival with a recital by the multi-award-winning Scottish guitarist Ian Watt. Described by Classical Guitar Magazine as “a guitarist of outstanding skill and originality”\, he has performed concertos with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra\, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra\, City of London Sinfonia\, and Scottish Philharmonic Orchestra\, and his playing has been broadcast on BBC Radio 2\, BBC Radio 3\, BBC Radio Scotland\, Classic FM\, NDR Radio (Germany)\, and WSMC Radio (USA). \nThe event is free to enter\, with donations requested to help support the society.
